I can't believe I haven't written anything since August 1st. Let me tell you, I have been crazy busy since then! Here are the highlights:
- Aug. 15- became the proud owner of a beautiful new Ford Edge! absolutely love it.
- Summer flew right by, and school started! I am working to finish Master's in elementary ed. this school year, and and also becoming professionally certificated so I am busy, busy, busy. Of course, I'm teaching full time as well :) This is my 3rd year at Prescott, and I really do feel like I was called to be a teacher. My kids are giving me hell, but I love 'em.
- Most recently, my class and I went to Camp Wooten last week. Four days and three nights without a break from 11 and 12 year olds is exhausting! The kids had a lot of fun, and got to experience a lot of new things like canoeing, archery, fishing, outdoor cooking, etc. It was freezing cold the entire time, and we were all ready for a relaxing weekend when we got home. - Exciting news: Kevin and I are finally going on a vacation to the Oregon coast! It is actually planned, booked, with a condo reserved and everything, so there will be no backing out. Travis, Robyn, their boys, and Mama Deb are going with us and it happens to be over Thanksgiving, so it's perfect! Can't wait. And I just got a new camera, so I'll be sure to take lots of pictures :)
